Vacancies and Eligibility
According to the official notification, two vacancies are available for these positions. The eligibility criteria for the positions are as follows:
- Associate at ED Level (E9): The ideal candidate for this position should have retired from ED (E9 grade) equivalent of NTPC or at the very least, possess the same level of expertise. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in C and M functions, specifically in the areas of control and maintenance. This experience should demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to handle complex challenges in this field.
- Associate at GM Level (E8): The ideal candidate for the position should have retired from General Motors (E8 grade) or an equivalent position in NTPC. In addition, they should have at least ten years of experience in C&M functions, with a proven track record of success in this area. The candidate should understand all aspects of C&M functions, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor management. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for excellence are also key attributes we seek in the ideal candidate.
Age Limit and Tenure
The age range for these positions is restricted to individuals who are under the age of 63. If you are selected for the position, you will be employed for a period of one year.
Job Location
The Dispute Resolution Cell, located within the CC&M (Compliance, Conciliation & Mediation) department of EOC-Noida (Enterprise Operation Center Noida), is currently seeking a qualified candidate for a post within their team. This selected candidate will handle and resolve disputes within the organization, using their expertise in conflict resolution and communication. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of disputes.
