Eligibility Criteria

For Retired Bank Employees

  • Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU/RRB/private Banks/Cooperative Banks up to the rank of Senior Manager or equivalent.
  • Retired clerks and the equivalent of Central Bank of India having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
  • All applicants should have at least 3 years of rural banking experience.

For Young Candidates

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.).
  • Preferred qualifications: M. Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA.

Remuneration

The candidates who are selected for the position will be entitled to a monthly salary between Rs. 15000 and Rs. 12000. This salary package includes various variable components, such as performance incentives, bonuses, and other benefits. The package also covers a transportation allowance to assist with daily commute expenses and a mobile/internet fee to ensure that the candidate stays connected with work at all times. Rest assured, we strive to offer a fair and competitive compensation package to all our employees.

Tenure

The successful candidate chosen for the position will be offered a contract for 12 months. The continuation of the contract will be subject to a positive annual performance evaluation. This means that the candidate’s performance will be assessed annually, and if their performance is deemed satisfactory, the contract will be renewed for another year. It is important to note that the candidate’s employment will be contingent on their performance evaluation.

Age Limit

  • The maximum age limit for retired bank workers is 64 years old.
  • The maximum age limit for BC Supervisors is 65, with at least three years of experience in rural banking.
  • Young candidates should be between the ages of 21 and 45.
  • BC Supervisors will have a maximum age of 60.
